Sarne Branch, MSW
Guiding individuals and families to heal generational patterns and thrive
Sarne brings both professional expertise and personal experience to her work as a therapist. Raised by her grandmother and now a single mom to a teenager, she understands the layered realities of nontraditional and intergenerational families. She’s not just trained in family dynamics and mental health—she’s lived them.
Her approach combines empathy with practical strategies, helping clients explore how past trauma, generational patterns, and life’s unexpected turns shape the present. Together, she’ll work with you to break cycles, heal wounds, and create healthier paths forward.
Sarne is deeply passionate about making mental health care accessible, especially for those in underserved communities. She offers an inclusive, judgment-free space where you can show up fully—just as you are—regardless of background, sexual orientation, or gender identity. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges, Sarne provides the tools and support you need to move toward growth and healing.
