Breaking Barriers, Building Strength: Meet Carol
Empowering You to Thrive—No Matter Where Your Journey Begins
Carol brings a heart-centered approach to therapy, shaped by her own lived experience. Born in Brazil and raised in Bolivia, she understands the deep complexities of starting over—navigating a new culture, learning a new language, and building a new sense of self.
Her personal journey as an immigrant isn't just part of her story—it’s what fuels her passion for helping others feel seen, supported, and strong. Carol creates a space where clients can explore their experiences with compassion and clarity—whether they're working through cultural transitions, identity shifts, stress, or the quiet weight of uncertainty.
With a warm, empowering presence and a foundation in both education and mental health, Carol walks alongside clients to help them reconnect with their inner strength. She offers therapy in both English and Spanish, honoring the language you feel most yourself in.
You don’t have to go it alone.
Wherever you're starting from, Carol is here to support your journey.
