Carol De Souza, MSEd
Creating space for belonging and resilience
Carol brings a heart-centered approach to therapy, deeply shaped by her own lived experience. Born in Brazil and raised in Bolivia, she knows firsthand the layered challenges of starting over — adapting to a new culture, learning a new language, and rebuilding a sense of self from the ground up.
Her personal journey as an immigrant is more than just part of her story — it’s the heartbeat of her work. It fuels her passion for helping others feel truly seen, supported, and strong. Whether you’re navigating cultural transitions, identity shifts, stress, or the quiet weight of uncertainty, Carol offers a compassionate, grounded space where your story can unfold with clarity and care.
With a warm, empowering presence and a strong foundation in both education and mental health, Carol walks alongside clients as they reconnect with their inner resilience. She provides therapy in both English and Spanish, honoring the language where you feel most at home.

Her focus: helping clients manage anxiety, process trauma, and build lives grounded in confidence, resilience, and joy.
