From Surviving to Thriving: Meet Kiara
Your Guide to Healing and Growth
Rooted deeply in the church growing up, Kiara always knew how to “do the right thing.” But like many, when college came, she went buck wild. Behind the image of the “church girl,” she struggled silently with low self-esteem and the weight of unhealed wounds. It wasn’t until she was called to ministry — and to her own personal healing — that Kiara found her true purpose: turning her pain into a pathway to help others heal.

Today, Kiara walks alongside adults and adolescents as they break free from negative thought patterns, confront past trauma, and embrace personal growth. With a blend of real-life experience and professional training, she creates a judgment-free space where you can release what’s been holding you back and develop healthier, more empowering ways to move forward.

You don’t have to stay stuck in cycles that no longer serve you.
Whether you're facing self-esteem struggles, past pain, or limiting beliefs, Kiara is here to support your journey — with honesty, empathy, and tools for lasting transformation.
