Ajaya-Kamari Barnhardt is a passionate Yoga Asana Guide for the Engaged Yoga Incubator. Currently in her senior year at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), she is pursuing a degree in Psychology while serving as the VCU Coordinator and Program Assistant at Melanin Mental Health and Wellness. Ajaya-Kamari is deeply committed to fostering mindfulness and healing through yoga, with a focus on creating safe, creative spaces for personal growth and wellness. When she's not guiding others on their wellness journey, she enjoys spending time with her cats and embracing the practice of mindfulness in her daily life.
